Drafting is a plan-first system of record for AI-native engineering teams. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
Acceptance
You accept these terms by signing in. We record the version you accepted and the timestamp. If these terms change materially, we will prompt you to accept the new version before you can continue using the service.
What you get
- A persistent identity tied to your email address.
- One or more organizations to collaborate in.
- Plan authoring — create, version, review, and dispatch plans.
- Agent integration via MCP.
- A tamper-evident audit log of every domain event in your org.
Your responsibilities
- Keep your sign-in credentials secure.
- Do not use the service to store content that violates applicable law.
- Do not attempt to access another org’s data without authorization.
- Do not reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with service operations.
Our responsibilities
- Operate the service with reasonable uptime.
- Protect your data as described in our Privacy document.
- Notify you of material changes at least 7 days before they take effect.
Intellectual property
Your content remains yours. We claim no ownership of plans, reviews, comments, or other content you create. The software, design, and documentation are owned by Byte Boundary Dev LLC. You receive a limited, revocable license to use the service while your account is active.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Our total aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
- By you — delete your org via the API or contact support. Your data will be erased per our retention policy.
- By us — we may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, with notice when practical.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
